DISPERPLAST-I

DISPERPLAST-I is a wetting and dispersing additive that provides better incorporation of pigments and other solids for PVC plastisols. As a partial amide of an unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer, DISPERPLAST-I improves color strength and reduces dispersion time. It prevents separation of plasticizer and reduces settling of materials. DISPERPLAST-I minimizes floating and sedimentation, resulting in a more uniform product. Recommended addition levels are 1-5% for inorganic pigments, 1-5% for organic pigments, 1-2% for blowing agents, and 2% for zinc oxide. As a versatile additive, DISPERPLAST-I can be used to enhance various end products by creating better dispersion and stability of components during manufacturing and application.
