Shop shears are lightweight (1/2 the weight of other shears) and stronger than most all metal shears. The Shop shears have larger handles to reduce stress and thicker blades for heavy duty cutting. Serrated edges are available at an additional charge. Fabricated from 440C stainless steel throughout handles for strenght, Shop shears are one fo the hardest and smoothest cutting shears available, with approx. 60HRC, hardened throughout. Other advantages are: 45° honed cutting edge, soft santoprene inserts to cushion your hands and double-locking nuts for strength.
