DISPERBYK-2290

VOC- and APEO-free powder wetting and dispersing agent for use with highly alkaline aqueous building materials. DISPERBYK-2290 is a highly efficient, VOC- and silicone-free wetting and dispersing agent in powder form for use in primarily sag-controlled mineral-based construction formulations. The additive is highly compatible with various mineral binder systems. Using DISPERBYK-2290 achieves the following positive properties: • Unique wetting of powder components with no negative influence on the consistency and the rheological profile • Accelerated, easier mixing with water • Forms a homogenous, robust structure • Improvement in workability properties • Maintains consistency over a long period • Does not affect the setting process • Stabilization of pigments and fillers
