ORAFTI BIO

Orafti®BIO is a food-grade inulin extracted from Blue Agave Tequila Weber. Agave inulin consists of branched oligo- and polysaccharides composed of fructose units linked together by β-(2,1)- and β-(2,6)- linkages. Most fructose chains contain a glucose unit. Orafti®BIO is processed and certified organic in accordance with EU and US legislation.
