PSB 183

PSB183 is a carbon black masterbatch concentrate containing approximately 35% carbon black with particle size ranging from 26-30nm. This highly pigmented masterbatch provides deep black coloration and is especially efficient at darkening materials. PSB183 can be directly added during injection molding or compounding processes for Advanced Materials. As a concentrate, PSB183 allows for easy dilution and uniform color dispersion in polymers and compounds used in Advanced Materials. The fine carbon black particles in PSB183 provide excellent covering power and glossy finish suitable for Advanced Materials requiring deep black color and surface uniformity like geomembranes and films. PSB183 is compatible with many thermoplastics like polystyrene and HIPS commonly used in Advanced Materials applications.
