TECOTHANE TT 1095A is a medical grade aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with a durometer hardness of 94A Shore. It has good mechanical properties like ultimate tensile strength of 9,000 psi and flexural modulus of 8,000 psi making it suitable for applications in the Advanced Materials industry. Being colorless and chemically resistant, TECOTHANE TT 1095A can be easily processed and color matched using extrusion and injection molding. Its low mold shrinkage of 0.006-0.01 in/in also ensures dimensional stability of molded parts.
