ASPOLIT W 83-20

ASPOLIT W 83-20 is a special 3-component filler consisting of muscovite, quartz and chlorite from Austrian deposit. It has a specific gravity of 2.75 and Moh's hardness of 2.5 for mica and 7 for quartz. The product has whiteness of 83% and humidity below 1%. Its oil adsorption is 21g/100g and specific surface area is 9.5 m2/g. The chemical analysis shows SiO2 content of 61% and Al203 of 22%. ASPOLIT W 83-20 has a loose bulk density of 530g/l. Its fine particle distribution with d98 of 20um and d50 of 4um makes it suitable for applications requiring smooth surfaces with minimal voids and air pockets. The high whiteness and controlled particle size distribution of ASPOLIT W 83-20 provides opacity and uniform coverage in coatings, sealants and other surface applications.
