DEOGUM 294 is an organosilicon processing additive used for special elastomers. It is supplied as dark yellow/light brown pellets with a dropping point of 112-122°C and density of 0.95-1.00 g/cm3. DEOGUM 294 facilitates the processing of elastomers like FPM, HNBR, ACM or ECO used in advanced materials. It improves flow properties and mould-filling by reducing Mooney- viscosity during processing. DEOGUM 294 also eases mould-release and provides a smooth surface finish for advanced material components. The organosilicone compound is compatible with elastomers and provides flow and release properties without difficulties faced with conventional silicone oils or additives.
