SCONA 12031

SCONA 12031 is a high-performance polymeric modifier based on high-density polyethylene functionalized with maleic anhydride. The additive is an excellent dispersing aid for color concentrates improving dispersion quality and reducing warpage tendency. SCONA 12031 also works with untreated pigments having high warpage tendencies. It is an excellent compatibilizer for blends of polyethylene and polar polymers improving mechanical and optical properties of the material. SCONA 12031 acts as an excellent coupling agent for wood and glass fiber compounds in advanced materials. As a coupling agent and compatibilizer, SCONA 12031 improves mechanical properties and dispersion in advanced composite materials.
