BYK-9732 is a silicone-containing defoamer for lubricants. The additive is particularly suitable for the industrial lubricants sector and demonstrates very effective defoaming results in all common base oils, such as mineral oils, polyalphaolefins, naphthenic oils, and ester oils. BYK-9732 defoams with the greatest efficiency even at low concentrations. The additive can lead to turbidity at higher concentrations.
